The original artworks were exhibited at the Cooper Hewitt Museum in New York City in the Fall of 1978, and then traveled nationally under the auspices of the Smithsonian Institution.<br>Artists' Postcards was a nonprofit organization established by the J. M. Kaplan Fund in New York in 1977. Artists were commissioned to create original works in the precise dimensions of 4 x 6 inches (102 x 153mm). The quality of printing and the diversity of papers, selected to best suit the original artworks, was outstanding.<br>This postcard is unused and in Near Mint condition.
